"   No Contact Order Issues orders that protect victims of crime from contact with the person accused of committing the crime.  Incident must have been reported to the police. Criminal charges must be pending. The court may issue a no contact order as part of bail hearing, arraignment or sentencing.  Sexual Assault Protection Orders Issues orders that can require the person who committed a sexual assault to stay away from their victim, their home, school, work or other places they request, and to have no further contact with them  Name Changes Clerk's office accepts name change petitions and orders for people who want to officially change their names. The case will then be presented to a judge for approval and signature.  The court will record your name change with the King County Auditor. Recording takes 6 to 8 weeks to process.   Weddings District Court judges can perform civil wedding ceremonies.  Weddings can be performed before 8:30am, after 4:30pm, and on weekends and holidays.
