Enables residents to report non-emergency issues such as roadside litter, graffiti, abandoned shopping carts and a variety of other issues to city staff from their smart phone.
Residents can also report online.

Programs that provide a hotline, website or other mechanisms that people who are involved in or witness to an environmental emergency can use to file a report with the proper authorities. An environmental emergency is a situation that poses an immediate threat to public health or the environment resulting from the release or potential release of oil, hazardous chemicals or radioactive materials into the air, land or water. Environmental emergencies may include: oil or chemical spills onto soil or into surface water, groundwater, or storm drains and sanitary sewers; leaking or reacting drums of known or unknown chemical or hazardous waste; leaking underground storage tanks; fires involving tires, PCBs, pesticides or other chemicals; accidents involving the transportation of chemicals, oil or other petroleum products; improper disposal or handling of asbestos, and biomedical, radioactive or hazardous waste; and mercury spills.

Environmental Hazards Reporting

Programs that provide a hotline, website or other mechanism that people can use to report inscriptions, designs and other markings that deface buildings, walls, rocks and other artifacts or natural structures.

Graffiti Reporting

Programs that accept and, where possible, attempt to resolve complaints regarding the quality of service, lack of competence, availability, unethical or improper conduct of peace officers or other law enforcement officials, or other problems with law enforcement agencies. Some programs also welcome and document compliments.

Law Enforcement Complaints

Programs that provide a hotline, website or other mechanisms that the public can use to anonymously report information about the activities of people who are disposing of hazardous materials, trash or other items in places other than those legitimately set aside for this purpose.

Illegal Dumping Reporting

Programs that provide a hotline, website or other mechanisms that people can use to report prostitution, lewd or lascivious behavior, public drunkenness, illegal gambling, drug-related loitering or other drug-related criminal activity, accumulations of garbage, castoff materials, junk cars or other conditions that disturb the peace, are dangerous to health or safety, are offensive to community moral standards or that obstruct the public from the free use of public property. The concept of "public nuisance" varies considerably from community to community. As a consequence, activities that are addressed by public nuisance laws in one community may be covered by zoning laws in another.
