A weekly eye clinic, run by volunteer opticians and optometrists from September through June, provides comprehensive eye exams and a pair of glasses once per year to those in need.

Offers emergency financial assistance to families and individuals who are experiencing a short-term financial crisis. Possible types of assistance include rent, move-in costs, power bills, prescriptions, water or sewer bills, auto repair, medical bills and others.

Administers a program to provide free glasses to people who have a demonstrated need.   Participants pick out their glasses from one of the following stores:   -  LensCrafters   -  Sears Optical   -  Target Optical   -  Corporately owned Pearle Vision stores Does not provide free optical exams.

Provides critical financial assistance for military families. Examples of financial assistance include: -  Car repair -  Essential home items -  Rent or mortgage -  Utilities -  Dental   -  Food   -  Moving -  Emergency travel & transportation   -  Eyeglasses   Must be able to show that financial resources are insufficient to meet current expenses, and that those expenses are already due or past due.   Can provide only emergency food assistance and eyeglasses to individuals in the general eligibility group.

Provides comprehensive eye care services: - General eye examinations - Prescriptions (although eyeglasses are not manufactured at this clinic) - Emergency care - Treatment of rare eye diseases - Referral for low-vision aids such as special magnifiers and glasses   Provides comprehensive medical and surgical vision care services: - Routine dilated eye exams  - Visual acuity  - Color vision - Depth perception - Management of ocular diseases - Eye surgery. Additionally, diagnostic testing is provided for visual field defects, glaucoma, and diabetes with ocular involvement.     Eyes on James Optical Shop, located in Harborview's Ninth and Jefferson Building, is a full service optical shop that offers   - Eye exams - Eyeglasses - Repairs - Contact lenses - Specialty glasses

Operates a vision clinic for adults and children. Services include: -  Eye examinations   -  Contact lenses -  Dry eye management and care -  Surgery co-management -  Referrals for specialty care

Provides vouchers for free eye exams and glasses to those who are unstably housed, unhoused, and/or low or no income.

Provides people in need with basic prescription eyeglasses through a nationwide e-voucher program. Does not provide or pay for eye exams. If the application is approved, a unique e-voucher number is emailed with a link to the eyeglass ordering site and instructions on how to order eyeglasses.
