Link to Care WA is a digital navigation hotline that offers one-on-one coaching to use technology to access health care and to get connected and stay healthy, including help getting a low-cost phone and internet connection. The program provides: - One-on-one technology coaching - Information and resources

Offers open computer lab, free tech help with computers, laptops, and smart phones, access to typing tutorials and other educational products and one-on-one instruction is available for low-vision or blind individuals. Instructs individuals how to use assistive technology software such as JAWS, ZoomText, and NVDA.

Washington State Department of Services for the Blind (DSB) works with individuals who are Blind, Deaf-Blind, or Low Vision so they can flourish in their homes, communities, and workplaces. DSB provides skills, training, and support to people of all ages to help them achieve educational, employment, or independent living goals. If you have a vision impairment that makes employment hard for you, you may be eligible for services to help you prepare for, obtain, maintain or advance in a job.
