Develops programs focusing on general fitness, health and wellness, adult fitness, aerobics, heart health and recovering from stroke. Offers programs focused on women's health as well as older adult issues.

Offers prenatal, CPR, birth refresher, wellness and chronic disease management classes.   CPR class is intended for the general public for adult CPR and choking techniques. Participants do receive a Medic II CPR card, good for 2 years. The card is not a certificate. The newsletter 'Med Info' is published quarterly and lists classes and special events.

Operates a birthing center with private labor/delivery/recovery rooms.   Conducts a two-day childbirth class as well as a five-week childbirth series.

Provides a number of birthing options, including traditional delivery room method. Birthing rooms are designed for labor, delivery and recovery and family participation during the birth.   Offers pregnancy support services such as - Breastfeeding support - Centering Pregnancy - Childbirth and parenting classes - Midwives

BASIC CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION CLASS:   Addresses the last months of pregnancy, childbirth and early postpartum.   Teaches relaxation and breathing techniques.   Class meets for seven sessions before the birth and one postpartum reunion class.   LABOR AND BIRTH:   This short course is to prepare for or review childbirth.   Meets for one eight hour class or two four-hour sessions. BREASTFEEDING CLASS:   Offers helpful hints and information on breast feeding for expectant and new mothers; babies are welcome.   Private classes may be available. SIBLING CLASS:   Prepares children ages 2. 5 to 7 for the pregnancy, birth and homecoming of a new family member.   BABYSAFE AND INFANT CPR:   Infant safety class for new and expectant parents and other caregivers who want to learn infant CPR and ways to prevent accidents and/or injuries for the baby younger than one year of age.   NEWBORN CARE CLASS:   Offers information about baby care during the first weeks of life, including diapering, cord care, bathing and comforting.
