Provides direct funding grants to transgender individuals to help them update their legal documentation to match their identity. Funds may be used for court fees, transportation and other directly related expenses. Clients work with a system advocate to help navigate any difficulties in obtaining documentation.    Funding is available for: -  Legal Name Change Fees -  Passport Applications -  Driver's Licenses and State ID Cards -  Immigration Documents.   At this time funding is not available for Birth Certificate applications. Also offers one year of hormone replacement therapy 100% covered, or 2 years of hormone replacement therapy 50% covered through vouchers.

Provides care for children, adolescent and young adults whose gender identity is different from their sex at birth and/or who do not identify with traditional definitions of male or female. Services include pubertal blockers, gender-affirming hormones, mental health support and readiness discussion.
