Social worker provides information and referral for older adults. Connects seniors to services to meet basic needs such as housing, transportation, food security and mental health, among others. Facilitates a caregivers and other support groups.

Social work staff provides classes and discussion groups focusing on various topics such as  -  Dementia -  Parkinson's -  Alzheimer's -  Caregiving -  Living alone

Offers a wide variety of health education classes, workshops and support groups, including the following: -  Childbirth preparation classes -  New parent classes -  Smoking cessation classes -  Senior health classes -  CPR classes -  Support groups for people with specific chronic conditions.

Provides:   -  Social work appointments -  Resource navigation and referrals -  Medicare advice   -  Conversation and discussion groups -  Topical workshops

Provides support groups for caregivers, kinship care providers, seniors dealing with grief, and isolated seniors.

Provides support group for spouses and partners of those with dementia. Meetings are held in Mercer Island and Bellevue.
