Provides mental health treatment to children, youth, adults, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.    Works with such issues as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as other family stressors and transitions.   Uses a strengths-based and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma focused CBT to tailor services to the particular strengths and needs of each of our clients. Supports the social and emotional well-being of children involved in the foster system, as well as the needs of their caregivers and parents. Includes relationship-based counseling, developmental guidance, and ongoing support. Helps develop bonds and create secure attachment relationships between the child, their caregivers, and the child’s parents.

Community-based counseling center provides a wide range of social, psychological, and readjustment services. Readjustment counseling helps veterans make a successful transition from military to civilian life or after a traumatic event experienced in the military. Offers Individual, group, marriage and family counseling as well as referrals and connections to other VA or community benefits and services. Vet Center counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, are experienced and prepared to discuss the tragedies of war, loss, grief and transition after trauma. Services for a Veteran may include individual and group counseling in areas such as bereavement, military sexual trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), alcohol and drug assessment, and suicide prevention referrals.

Services and support for individuals between the ages of four and 24 with outpatient individual, family, and group counseling, as well as prevention and intervention services. Services encourage individual and family goals while recognizing the importance of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive treatment. Our highly trained counselors help youth identify inherent strengths to help them achieve their goals.

Provides individual and family counseling and case management services. Services are provided at in-person at schools and/or home, and via telehealth to provide a connection to the environment in which the youth live. Mental health services may include intake assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, case management, family therapy, crisis response and management, psychiatric services, and medication management. Bilingual/Bi cultural case managers work in partnership with schools, DSHS, CPS, and juvenile justice workers. Case managers also function as an educational and supportive link to the broader mainstream services and the Asian/Pacific Islander American families they serve.

Therapists and clinical interns support local children, youth, and caregivers through difficult times. The Behavioral Health Program uses a trauma and culturally responsive, evidence-based approach to address issues such as – but not limited to – depression, family conflict, trauma, and anxiety. Also facilitates a therapeutic gaming program called CoRe where Seattle middle school students play video games to cultivate communication and social emotional skills.

Individual child counseling allows each child a safe environment in which to explore and work on issues important to them.   Therapy with adolescents focuses on problem-solving and developing age-appropriate life skills.   Family therapy includes all who are involved in direct care of the child.  Also provides mental health assessments as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.  Brief intensive treatment is available for families who are experiencing an immediate crisis situation. Early Childhood: Works to meet the mental health needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. Provides parent coaching to help caregivers be more effective, and offers treatment for behavioral challenges, trauma, depression, and anxiety among other mental health disorders. ​

Provides family counseling for refugees and their families.

Offers evidence-based, culturally competent mental health treatment including: -  Mental health assessments as well as psychiatric evaluations -  Case management for adults and children    -  Psychiatric medication assessments and management     -  Individual, group and family therapy    Clients are encouraged to include their families and members of their social support system in their treatment.

Provides individual and family counseling for Enumclaw residents. Provides home visits only in the area of the Enumclaw Plateau.   More information is also provided upon registration.
