Provides individual and family counseling and case management services. Services are provided at in-person at schools and/or home, and via telehealth to provide a connection to the environment in which the youth live. Mental health services may include intake assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, case management, family therapy, crisis response and management, psychiatric services, and medication management. Bilingual/Bi cultural case managers work in partnership with schools, DSHS, CPS, and juvenile justice workers. Provides mental health counseling services for children and youth age birth to 22, and their families in East King County, serving Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. Youth and Family Therapists at YES are dually licensed in mental health and substance use disorders and use strength-based approaches that focus on the needs and goals identified by their clients. YES treats a wide range of issues, including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and more using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and others.

Drop-In Center & Resources: The drop-in center provides teens and young adults a safe place to stay during the day to do homework, play games, socialize, work on personal goals or employment, or relax. Young people can also get a hot meal, talk to a caseworker, and get help with resources such as bus tickets or access to showers and laundry facilities. Arcadia staff can also provide referrals to employment training, educational assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and other services. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories. Overnight Emergency Shelter: The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.
