Provides critical survival services and engagement for adults who are experiencing severe and persistent behavioral health and co-occurring disorders in addition to homelessness. Operates as part of the King County-funded Prepaid Health Plan.   Offers the following services: -Outreach and engagement services aimed at locating eligible individuals, building relationships, providing survival services and assessing individual needs. -Intensive case management and stabilization services with a full range of community support and treatment. -Development and support of maintaining connections to critical resources such as housing, psychiatric and physical health care, financial benefits and other ancillary support services. -Transition to long-term behavioral health or other appropriate ongoing services.

The CReW (Counseling, Recovery and Wellness) Program is a licensed outpatient mental health and substance-use counseling program under the King County Integrated Care Network (KCICN). The goal is to assist adults living with mental health and substance use disorders to improve their quality of life through integrative, person-centered counseling services. Provides a comprehensive outpatient mental health program. Case managers, psychiatrists and nurses work with single adults, most of whom are or have been homeless, in assisting them in their journey towards recovery. This includes help with obtaining and maintaining housing, improving clinical and social stability and enriching their level of independence and self-sufficiency. Services are provided in DESC offices, at client homes and elsewhere in the county such as shelters, hospitals, jails and wherever else clients’ lives take them.
