The PNA is a non-profit serving NW Seattle fostering an environment where everyone belongs. The Phinney Center is a is a site of many events and also offers rooms to rent "on the hour, by the hour" and set-up with clean-up time is included in the rental time.  Also manages rentals at the Greenwood Senior Center. Tables and chairs are available for most rooms. Rental rates vary based on the size and amenities of each room.

Cultural activities include participation in Seafair, Philippine Independence Day, performing arts and bazaars. Maintains a community center used for receptions and recreational activities which may be rented by community groups. Additionally provides health care, dental and employment referrals.

Coordinates facility schedules and manages reservations for park facility rentals, including gyms, meeting rooms, the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center, kitchens, picnic areas, and ball fields.

Offers classes and leisure and recreational activities for community members of all ages.
