The PNA is a non-profit serving NW Seattle fostering an environment where everyone belongs. The Phinney Center is a is a site of many events and also offers rooms to rent "on the hour, by the hour" and set-up with clean-up time is included in the rental time.  Also manages rentals at the Greenwood Senior Center. Tables and chairs are available for most rooms. Rental rates vary based on the size and amenities of each room.

Computer learning center provides assistance with homework and works to expand the awareness of educational resources. Computer lab has computer hardware and software classes to develop workforce training and career development skills.

Offers drop-in day services for homeless and low-income women; no children.   Provides laundry facilities, toilets and showers, for use through a drop-in sign-up system. Distributes free hygiene items.  -  Showers contain one larger stall for women with disabilities. These services are available in Seattle only. Libraries may also be visited to escape heat or cold during extreme weather during the day.
