Financial assistance is provided as part of a client's service plan. - Financial assistance for housing expenses (e. g. , rent, mortgage), eviction prevention, move-in expenses, transitional housing and shelter expenses. - Financial assistance for medical expenses, medical aids/equipment and prescriptions.

Provides partial emergency rent assistance and limited (three per session) gasoline vouchers or bus tickets. Help can only be in one area: rent, gasoline voucher or bus tickets. Only a limited number of households can be helped. Help is on a first come first served basis. Offers information and referral to other community resources.

Offers emergency financial assistance for eviction prevention, move-in costs, utilities, propane and limited prescriptions.   Offers limited financial help for gasoline, prescriptions and medical bills. Services include case management, when needed.

Operates a food pantry that also provides pet food for residents of Black Diamond, Green River Gorge (Enumclaw), and Ravensdale.   Clothing is available depending on donations. Can occasionally provide gas vouchers for clients with Black Diamond address and valid Washington State driver license with a verifiable job interview or medical appointment.

Offers financial assistance to cancer patients in urgent need who are within a three-month window of treatment. Cancer patients may be eligible for a one-time grant of up to $450 to help with expenses including the following: -  Rent/mortgage -  Utilities -  Food -  Transportation -  Dental care -  Childcare -  Medical supplies - Prescription copays Financial assistance may take up to two to three months, so program is not able to assist with immediate shut-off or eviction notices.
