Operates drop-in homeless youth clinics.   Offers confidential health services, including treatment for general illness, physical exams, sexually transmitted infections including HIV, mental health counseling, pregnancy testing, birth control, confidential HIV testing, injuries and gender-affirming care.   Also provides case management; helps clients enroll in ORCA Lift; offers dental care referrals; helps connect clients to PrEP.

Offers diagnosis and treatment of health problems, laboratory testing and preventive medical care.  Other services include gynecological care, physical examinations and an anticoagulation clinic.   Social workers assist with location of community resources and problems that may interfere with patient's ability to get needed care.  Patient care coordinators are available to help with referrals, health insurance, general questions and coordination of health care needs.  Drug and alcohol therapists offer treatment for substance use disorder.

Same day/next day appointments are available for minor illnesses such as sore throats, ear pain, burns, cuts, sprains, etc.   Affordable Access Program: Offers primary care services for a flat monthly rate of $40 plus a $5 visit fee. This plan does not provide for hospitalization costs, major surgery, dialysis, radiology (X-ray, CT, MRI etc.), rehabilitation services, procedures requiring general anesthesia, or any similar advanced procedures, services, or supplies. This plan does not include the costs of laboratory tests performed outside the clinic. Prescriptions are written for lower cost treatment options; cost of medication is not included.   Behavioral Health Services: Offers short-term consultation and counseling to clinic patients. Problems that commonly affect physical health, including depression, anxiety and stress, are the primary focus of the service.
