Offers ongoing medical care to clinic patients and enrolls new patients. Current patients can additionally access behavioral health and social work services. Medical care includes health check-ups and screenings to help catch issues before they become serious.   Teams can also help take care of specific health conditions, such as high blood pressure, asthma or diabetes. Provides confidential screening, treatment and counseling for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV.   Family Planning & Women's Health Primary medical care providers, family medicine pregnancy care physicians, and midwives provide a number of reproductive health and women’s health care, including: -  Birth control counseling and prescriptions -  Regular gynecological exams -  Pregnancy testing -  Sexual health   Gender-affirming Care Medical care providers can prescribe and help patients manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for female to male and male to female. They can also make referrals to transition-related services including gender confirmation surgeries and non-surgical services such as hair removal.

Helps and assists HIV+ individuals of color who are newly diagnosed, at-risk or not receiving care, as well as those seeking culturally relevant forms of emotional support and counseling.   Assists clients with referrals to health and social service resources, education, information and weekly support groups.   Brochures on HIV/AIDS are available in Spanish.   Also provides the following services:   -  Reentry support -  HIV testing -  Preventative education -  Recovery support groups   -  Case management

Operates drop-in homeless youth clinics.   Offers confidential health services, including treatment for general illness, physical exams, sexually transmitted infections including HIV, mental health counseling, pregnancy testing, birth control, confidential HIV testing, injuries and gender-affirming care.   Also provides case management; helps clients enroll in ORCA Lift; offers dental care referrals; helps connect clients to PrEP.

Offers a range of primary care services for patients of all ages. Services include: -  Women’s health exams and screening tests -  School, camp and sports physical exams -  Adult health exams and immunizations -  Care for minor and acute illnesses -  Chronic disease diagnosis and treatment -  Sexually transmitted disease diagnosis and treatment, including confidential HIV testing and treatment -  Family planning care and counseling -  Traditional Indian Medicine Clinic is affiliated with Swedish Medical Center - Cherry Hill Campus.  Same day walk-in clinic available. Two weeks advance notice is required for interpreter services.
