Provides a series of developmental screenings to make sure a baby’s development is on track, postpartum depression screenings, parent coaching and follow up via email or phone.
Screenings start when the baby is 2 months old.
The developmental screenings look at how a child is doing in areas such as language and movement.
Parent and child will be actively involved, completing activities together to "answer" the questions.
The parent will have time to ask questions, and the results of the screening as well as activities to support future development will be provided at the end of the appointment.
If areas of concern arise, the screener will either provide information for a referral or set up a follow-up visit.
