Provides financial assistance and addiction recovery services for musicians and others with at least five years professional experience in the music industry or credited contribution to six commercially released recordings or videos.

Also included are programs that reimburse individuals for their prescription expenses, usually on an annual basis. Programs that maintain information about community resources that are appropriate for a specific target group or human services sector (for example, youth programs or addiction services) and which link individuals who are in need of specialized services with appropriate resources and/or which provide information about community agencies and organizations that offer specialized services.

Programs that make health insurance payments for individuals who are at risk for losing their health, dental and/or vision care coverage and who meet age, income, disability, need or other requirements. Some programs may also provide assistance with deductibles and co-pays.
