Apple Health offered by Washington Health Plan Finder
Provides medical benefits for adults with income below 138% of the FPL and children in families with income up to 300% of the FPL. Coverage includes primary care, substance abuse care and mental health care. Enrollment never closes.

The following health care services are covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid):
- Appointments with a doctor or health care professional for necessary care
- Medical care in an emergency
- Maternity and newborn care
- Mental health services
- Treatment for chemical or alcohol dependence
- Pediatric services, including dental and vision care
- Limited dental and vision care for adults
- Prescription medications
- Laboratory services
- Hospitalization
- Transportation to and from medical appointments, when necessary
- An interpreter for your appointment, if you do not speak English (arranged through your provider)

Pregnancy/After Pregnancy Coverage offered by Health Care Authority
Offers Apple Health insurance coverage to pregnant and newly parenting women under 193% FPL. Coverage will begin on the first day of the month in which the application was submitted.
Offers Apple Health insurance coverage to pregnant and newly parenting individuals who meet eligibility guidelines.
Teens who want their pregnancy-related services to be kept confidential, may apply for coverage through a paper application process.

Provides anonymous and confidential HIV/STI testing for LGBTQ+ identifying individuals 14 and older; information and access to PrEP; and Medicaid/WA Apple Health enrollment, call or visit website to set appointment.
Provides anonymous and confidential HIV/STI testing six days per week. Testing includes Rapid HIV Testing (finger poke), HIV antibody testing, and screening for syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and Hep C.
For those unable to access Gay City’s in-person services, we also offer At-Home Testing throughout King County.
Our health advocates are here to support you through your testing experience and to develop safe sexual health plans.
