Coordinates a network of psychotherapists that provide counseling services in the following areas: - Anxiety and depression - Trauma - Relationships - Parenting/families - Faith and spirituality - Grief/loss/transition Counseling takes place at churches but will serve anyone regardless of religious beliefs. Telehealth services continue to be available at all locations.

Treatment begins with a 30-minute consultation session where a behavioral health provider will gather information about a problem and recommend brief interventions. Social worker provides information and referral for older adults. Connects seniors to services to meet basic needs such as housing, transportation, food security and mental health, among others. Facilitates a caregivers and other support groups.

Provides individual, couple and family counseling to help resolve social-emotional issues and deal effectively with life events. Services provided include brief consultation, short-term intensive counseling and long-term ongoing therapy. Issues addressed include family conflict, marriage and/or relationship issues, divorce, parenting skills, adolescent issues, school/work concerns, behavior problems, grief and loss, abuse, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and other emotional concerns.

Provides nine to 15 hours weekly of structured programming and therapeutic support designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression. Services are rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and include group therapy, individual therapy, family support and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care. Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.

Provides mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, including individual, family, and group counseling. Care Teams help clients with the full range of mental health and substance use disorder issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, disruptive behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Services may include crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, case management, therapy, peer support, medication management, and more. New Journeys Provides comprehensive treatment to individuals who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Training clinic for doctoral students and Masters students provides low-cost counseling services and psychological assessments. Provides individual therapy sessions for adults, adolescents and children as well as family therapy and group therapy. Offers treatment and support for depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and more. Uses evidence-based therapies and other emergent therapeutic modalities. Does not treat active suicidality, psychosis, schizophrenia, substance abuse disorders, or personality disorders.

Licensed counselors and interns under licensed supervision administer weekly counseling services for individuals, couples and families for psychological, relationship and spiritual concerns.   Licensed and registered health professionals and graduate school interns volunteer to provide services. Clients are not required to participate in religious activities. Clients in need of greater case management service may be referred to additional resources.

Provides low-fee counseling and psychological assessment services. Offers in person and telebehaviorall health counseling throughout Washington State that includes individual, family, children, adults, adolescents, and couples therapy. Art and Drama therapy also available. Assessments services are performed in person only. The Clinic is a teaching facility, and all services are provided by student counselors and therapists who are supervised by licensed psychologists and mental health counselors. Deaf services clinicians provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment addressing mental health and substance use disorders to King County children, adults and families. Offers direct access to care in sign language and understands the unique needs of people who are Deaf, hard of hearing or Deafblind.
