Arcadia staff can also provide referrals to employment training, educational assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and other services. Overnight Emergency Shelter: The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.

Provides nine to 15 hours weekly of structured programming and therapeutic support designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression. Services are rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and include group therapy, individual therapy, family support and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care. Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.

Provides mental health and addiction services to King County children, adolescents and their families. Services include counseling, case management, advocacy, parent support and education, as well as psychiatric evaluation and consultation. Provides individual and family counseling and case management services. Services are provided at in-person at schools and/or home, and via telehealth to provide a connection to the environment in which the youth live. Youth and Family Therapists at YES are dually licensed in mental health and substance use disorders and use strength-based approaches that focus on the needs and goals identified by their clients. YES treats a wide range of issues, including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and more using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and others.

Provides evaluation and treatment services for children and adolescents, ages birth through 18. Services include comprehensive psychiatric assessment, brief intervention treatment, medication evaluation and management, short-term evidence-informed therapies, and skill-based group programs.  Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) program is offered for adolescents with self-harm behavior and includes individual and group therapy.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).
