Services and support for individuals between the ages of four and 24 with outpatient individual, family, and group counseling, as well as prevention and intervention services. Services encourage individual and family goals while recognizing the importance of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive treatment. SATISFIES COURT-ORDER REQUIREMENTS.
Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.  
DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.  
Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, services for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.  
Intensive Outpatient Treatment  Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).  Limited child care may be available.

Substance Use Disorder Services for Adults: State-certified Substance Use Disorder Treatment program helps individuals who struggle with substance use disorder or co-occurring disorder abstain from drug and alcohol use, improve their physical and mental health and improve their quality of life.

HPWC is a state certified behavioral health agency that provides substance use assessments in English and Spanish for DUI's, Court-mandated, Federal Probation, and Deferred Prosecution as well as self-referred. We also provide state certified DVIT assessments, anger management assessments, and mental health assessments. HPWC has treatment programs that consist of Outpatient Level 1, Outpatient IOP, Outpatient PHP, and 2-year Deferred Prosecution. 
We are also a provider for Foundational Community Supports for clients on Medicaid.
