This program provides an intensive outpatient recovery and relapse prevention program designed for individuals seeking long-term sobriety and stability. The program offers classes five days a week, covering areas such as relapse prevention, life skills, problem-solving, anger management, and conflict resolution. Classes include support groups, 12-step meetings (e.g., AA and NA), and optional faith-based components such as religious counseling and prayer services. The program is facilitated by a multidisciplinary team, including licensed Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDPs). Clients work with their case managers to develop a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs and schedule. Additional supports include daily meals, basic hygiene items, and Friday programming featuring outdoor or cultural outings. This program satisfies court order requirements.

Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, services for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Intensive Outpatient Treatment  Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).  Limited child care may be available.

Offers a state-certified substance use disorder outpatient program for youth. Drug and Alcohol Assessment: Assessments for adolescent substance use disorders fulfill school and legally-based requirements for alcohol and drug assessments. Includes a urine toxicology screen. ​Outpatient Counseling: Provides counseling regarding a teen's substance use and addiction. Includes counseling on the development of refusal skills, the examination of life choices and consequences, as well as education about the impact of drugs on the developing brain. Co-Occurring Program: Serves adolescents and young adults with both substance use and mental health issues. HPWC is a state certified behavioral health agency that provides substance use assessments in English and Spanish for DUI's, Court-mandated, Federal Probation, and Deferred Prosecution as well as self-referred. We also provide state certified DVIT assessments, anger management assessments, and mental health assessments. HPWC has treatment programs that consist of Outpatient Level 1, Outpatient IOP, Outpatient PHP, and 2-year Deferred Prosecution. We are also a provider for Foundational Community Supports for clients on Medicaid.

Provides substance use disorder assessments, including DUI assessments, and outpatient as well as intensive outpatient programs with individualized treatment and recovery support. Treatment programs include group and individual counseling, case management, court and probation communication (when needed).   Provides medication assisted treatment for clients with opiate use disorder. Supports the efforts of individuals with an opioid disorder to abstain from or reduce their use of opioids.
