Outpatient Behavioral Health Program Provides on-site or telehealth counseling services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (Such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order. Intensive Outpatient Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, education and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).

Treatment programs include group and individual counseling, case management, court and probation communication (when needed).   Provides medication assisted treatment for clients with opiate use disorder. Supports the efforts of individuals with an opioid disorder to abstain from or reduce their use of opioids. Support Works with clients to develop goals in various areas such as developing a positive recovery environment, taking care of medical, dental, and nutritional issues, managing legal issues, dealing with cravings and more. YES co-occurring therapists hold dual licenses, enabling them to treat both mental health and substance use disorders. They offer individualized programs for clients and their families, designed to help youth and their caregivers develop skills to reduce substance use, make thoughtful choices, and address contributing factors like stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. All YES substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment programs are motivational and strength-based, addressing substance use within the context of the whole person. These services integrate individual, family, and group therapy in a multi-phase treatment process grounded in evidence-based therapies.
