Provides assistance with health care costs related to provider, mental health, dental and laboratory services. Assists clients in enrolling in health insurance and pays insurance premiums. Refers income eligible individuals to WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Helps pay for HIV-related prescription medications. Issues a card that clients bring to a contracted pharmacy to get their medications. Some clients have a small monthly cost share. Refers individuals to medical case managers who can help them obtain medical, housing, food and transportation assistance.

Gives workers and their families who lose their health benefits the right to choose to continue group health benefits provided by their group health plan for limited periods of time under certain circumstances such as -  Voluntary or involuntary job loss -  Reduction in the hours worked -  Transition between jobs -  Death -  Divorce -  Other life events Qualified individuals may be required to pay the entire premium for coverage up to 102 percent of the cost to the plan.

Provides a clearinghouse of information about rare disorders. Coordinates prescription, co-payment and health insurance patient assistance programs. Provides information through website on medication assistance programs to assist uninsured or under-insured individuals in securing life-saving or life-sustaining medications.

Offers financial assistance to anyone with a bleeding disorder who is in need of help to cover expenses associated with receiving medical care. Examples of costs we may help cover include:   -  Hotel room for annual exam, HTC appointment, or HTC doctor recommended appointment -  Gas and parking reimbursement associated with medical appointments -  Outstanding medical bill payment

Works with Evergreen Health Insurance Program to pay insurance premiums for people living with HIV who otherwise might not be able to afford it on their own. Types of insurance typically covered include:-  Existing COBRA policies-  Group policies-  Healthcare for Workers with Disabilities (HWD)-  Individual policies for clients who do not qualify for a plan in the Health Benefit Exchange. -  Medicare Part D-  Existing WSHIP policies-  Gold-, Silver- and some Platinum-level Qualified Health Plans in the Health Benefit Exchange Cannot pay for: -  Stand-alone dental or vision insurance -  Medicare Part B premiums -  Medicare Advantage Drug Plans (MA-PD)   Additionally, helps people find insurance if they are not currently insured.

Offers assistance with insurance premiums through the COVID-19, Cystic Fibrosis, and HIV, Aids & Prevention funds.

Provides emergency financial assistance to musicians and recording industry professionals in times of need.   Assistance grants may be applied to medical and dental expenses, such as doctor/dentist/hospital bills, prescriptions, addiction recovery treatment, psychotherapy and treatment for chronic illnesses.   Assistance may also be provided for emergency rent and utility payments.   Also provides addiction recovery services and support and referrals to other appropriate agencies.

Provides financial assistance to eligible patients to cover certain out-of-pocket costs, including health insurance premiums, coinsurance and deductibles.   Also assists with prescription co-pays and other selected out-of-pocket health care costs.   Foundation allocates each patient a grant for full or partial assistance for up to 12 months.
