Pays for wraparound medical financial assistance to help eligible individuals who are HIV positive maintain good health. Assists with insurance premiums as well as doctor visit and prescription co-pays relating to HIV/AIDS.
Provides assistance with health care costs related to provider, mental health, dental and laboratory services.
Assists clients in enrolling in health insurance and pays insurance premiums.
Refers income eligible individuals to WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Helps pay for HIV-related prescription medications.
Issues a card that clients bring to a contracted pharmacy to get their medications.
Some clients have a small monthly cost share.
Refers individuals to medical case managers who can help them obtain medical, housing, food and transportation assistance.

Provides financial support to people with Parkinson’s disease and their families. Provides financial assistance for services such as exercise and wellness classes, medication, respite care, assistance at home, and transportation.

Approved applicants will be eligible for up to $400 once every year (12 months)
Funds may be used for programs, services, and activities designed to improve quality of life.
Exercise/Wellness:
- Covers costs associated with exercise/wellness programs and activities that focus on improving and maintaining the health for persons with PD, such as boxing, dancing, yoga, tai-chi, physical therapy, occupational therapy
Medication:
- Defrays expenses not covered by other programs or health insurance
Respite/Adult Day Program:
- Subsidizes the cost of respite care for the person with Parkinson disease, to enable care partners to take time away to rejuvenate.
Assistance at Home:
- Covers expenses for home services, such as housework, light yard work, snow shoveling, and other tasks that a person with PD or a care partner are not able to complete.
Transportation:
- Covers costs associated with travel to and from doctor’s appointments, support groups, and other events for those who are no longer driving or for whom driving is significantly limited due to the effects of Parkinson’s disease.
Adaptive Equipment:
- Offsets costs associated with the purchase and/or installation of equipment or modifications needed in the home to aid in activities of daily living, such as grab bars, hand rails, widening doorways, bathroom accessibility
