Operates a free health and dental clinic for residents of the Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding areas.   Provides wellness exams, chronic disease management as well as acute illness treatment and treatment of minor injuries.   Able to perform some medical tests and lab work. Collaborates with local referral partners to provide access to specialists and diagnostic imaging.  

Provides a variety of health care services including: Blood pressure checks, haircuts, foot care, exercise classes and more.

Provides dental services for one year for adults who are not eligible for Washington Apple Health/Medicaid due to citizenship status. Dental care can be provided at certain community events by the Mobile Dental team, at a Public Health Dental Clinic or Community Health Center Dental Clinic. Services include - Cleaning - Extractions (pulling teeth) - X-rays - Fillings - Routine exams - Fluoride application - Follow-up referral to a dental home Limited services include periodontal (gum disease), root canal (front teeth only), dentures/partials and oral surgery.

Provides advanced medical care at no cost by volunteer specialists from Swedish and several other physician groups.   Currently offers the following specialty services for patients who are uninsured or underinsured:   -  Dental care -  Dermatology -  General surgery -  Hand surgery -  Orthopedics -  Podiatry   Patients must be referred by their primary care physician through Project Access Northwest.

Provides acute, primary, specialty, chronic and long-term health care for older adults.   Offers a day health center with a recreational therapy program and lunch.   Also provides intensive case management and social support.   Other services include:   -  Provision of durable medical equipment -  Personal care -  Chore services for people living at home   -  Placements in assisted living and adult family homes    Also offers dental care, optometry, audiology and other medical specialists.   As an alternative to nursing home care, the program serves individuals who are residing in the community and those who desire to return to community living.   Program is based on the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) care model.   Transportation is provided for adult day health services and all medical appointments.

May refer out for more complex procedures. Provides limited emergency dental care services. Walk in primary care for acute and chronic conditions. Clinics held at free meal programs, day centers, shelters and encampments, providing basic medical care to homeless individuals and families living in South King County and Seattle. A doctor or nurse provides exams and treatment. Program does not carry narcotics or provide any prescription pain medication. Also offers: - STD, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, pregnancy tests and birth control - Access to behavioral health and chemical dependency specialists. Harm reduction services including clean needles and naloxone overdose prevention kits - Some sites additionally have mobile dental care (services focus on treating dental pain NOT preventative cleanings). Can also help people connect to other community services including: - A doctor's office that can provide follow-up care - Mental health care, including counseling - Substance use counseling and treatment via a harm reduction approach - Dental care - Vision resources - Enrollment into health insurance - Enrollment into ORCA LIFT transportation - Referrals to shelter, food banks, legal assistance and domestic violence programs

This program provides full-service dental care for children, youth, and specific groups of vulnerable adults.

Provides basic dental and dental hygiene care. This is a teaching institution. Services offered include: -  Preventive care -  Fillings -  X-rays -  Teeth whitening -  Simple Extractions Hygiene services provided by students and supervised by licensed dental hygienists and dentists. Simple extractions performed by licensed dentist. Appointment times are longer than in a private dental practice setting. Patients may need multiple visits to complete treatment. Bilingual students may be available. Accepts emergency appointments on a case-by-case basis.

Licensed and registered dental hygienist provides oral hygiene services for older adults.   Care includes teeth cleaning, fluoride application, denture cleaning, dry mouth/low saliva care, gum pocket measurements, oral hygiene instruction and referrals to dentists.

Connects low-income veterans and spouses with dentists who donate one-time, free, and comprehensive dental care. Works to provide a dental home with free dental treatment to eliminate pain, infection, and establish adequate function. Once treatment is completed, encourages these treated veterans to continue care as regular patients to prevent further breakdown and keep the donated dental care sustainable but will then be out of pocket to them. Cannot help with urgent needs.

Staff in a mobile dental van provide urgent dental care for low-income people who do not have private dental insurance and cannot access dental care from any other provider. Clinics can provide fillings and extractions. They do not provide teeth cleaning, dentures, crowns or root canals.
